Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire third-party content partner journey for Elsevier’s AI products—from first handshake through steady-state ingestion—serving as the single point of accountability for more than 100 active providers spanning journals, books, and open-access aggregators.
- • Act as the connective tissue between external partners and internal Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and ensuring every contract clause, metadata spec, and payment milestone is tracked and delivered on time.
- • Shepherd new agreements through internal workflows once Business Development closes the commercial terms, coordinating red-lines, metadata templates, ingestion schedules, and revenue-share setups so partners can begin delivery within agreed SLAs.
- • Run monthly ingestion cycles end-to-end: validate incoming content packages, orchestrate QA sign-offs, trigger Finance for revenue-share disbursements, and update Salesforce records so every stakeholder sees real-time status without chasing emails.
- • Build and maintain a living knowledge base—playbooks, onboarding checklists, escalation matrices—that scales onboarding from weeks to days and empowers new team members to ramp quickly.
- • Publish transparent, data-rich Tableau dashboards every month showing ingestion volume vs. targets, partner health scores, and early-warning risk flags, ensuring leadership can make decisions with confidence.
- • Proactively surface bottlenecks—whether a metadata schema mismatch, delayed legal review, or partner delivery gap—and lead cross-functional task forces to resolve them, documenting lessons learned for future automation.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as automated contract flows, self-service partner portals, and AI-assisted content validation scripts that reduce manual touchpoints and free the team for higher-value work.
- • Represent operational realities in quarterly product roadmap reviews, feeding real partner pain points and volume forecasts into prioritization discussions so the platform evolves in lockstep with content supply.
- • Travel up to 10 % for occasional partner workshops or team off-sites, primarily within North America and Europe, ensuring face-to-face alignment on strategic initiatives and strengthening long-term relationships.
- • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by mentoring junior analysts, sharing best practices across RELX, and championing a “measure twice, cut once” mindset that safeguards the integrity of the world’s research corpus.
- • Position yourself for future growth into Product Management by demonstrating deep domain expertise in STM content, AI readiness standards, and scalable partner operations—skills that are core to Elsevier’s next decade of innovation.
