This pivotal role involves working directly with students enrolled in our high-ticket coaching program. Success in this position is unequivocally measured by the tangible achievements and progress of the individuals you coach. You will be entrusted with managing your own roster of students, instilling a strong sense of accountability, and providing an exceptionally clear and actionable roadmap to success, ensuring students are never left uncertain about their next steps.
• • As an AI Creator Coach, you will serve as the primary catalyst for student success within our comprehensive coaching program. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions, maintaining consistent daily communication via Discord, and proactively intervening to re-engage students who may be experiencing a dip in momentum. Your core mission is to systematically remove all potential barriers to progress, anticipate and address student queries before they arise, and ultimately drive measurable, impactful outcomes for each individual under your guidance. Furthermore, you will play an instrumental role in the generation of compelling testimonials and detailed case studies from students who are achieving significant success, thereby validating the effectiveness of our program. Through the cultivation of strong, trust-based relationships, you will also be adept at naturally introducing and recommending backend products and services that can further enhance student growth and monetization efforts.
• • Key responsibilities include conducting regular 1:1 coaching calls, meticulously holding students accountable for their progress and actively driving their momentum towards achieving concrete, real-world results. You will be tasked with breaking down complex strategies and next steps into easily digestible, actionable components, ensuring that students depart each session with absolute clarity on their immediate tasks and objectives. A critical aspect of this role involves proactively identifying students who may be encountering difficulties or losing traction, and implementing timely interventions to prevent disengagement and ensure continued progress. Your daily communication via Discord will be characterized by a high degree of emotional intelligence, unwavering precision, and impeccable grammar, with a dedicated focus on following up diligently with students who may be less responsive.
• • You will meticulously track the progress of every student across your entire roster, proactively flagging any emerging concerns to leadership. This flagging process will be accompanied by clear, contextualized information and well-considered recommendations for next steps. You will also facilitate the collection of valuable testimonials and in-depth case studies from students who are demonstrably achieving success or expressing high levels of satisfaction with the program. A key part of your role will involve the artful and natural introduction of backend products and program extensions, leveraging the strong foundation of trust and proven outcomes established through your coaching relationships. This approach ensures that recommendations are perceived as valuable support rather than overt sales pitches, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
