- • Sr. Staff Engineer, Software Development – a senior technical leadership role focused on driving enterprise-scale healthcare interoperability solutions using .NET and cloud technologies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading architecture and design discussions, analyzing complex technical problems, designing and building scalable healthcare interoperability solutions aligned with HL7, FHIR, and CDA standards, ensuring compliance with USCDI and the 21st Century Cures Act, contributing hands-on to development while mentoring engineers, driving improvements in system performance and observability, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- • 12+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise applications
- • Proven experience in healthcare domain, particularly in interoperability solutions
- • Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems
- • Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services
- • Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3) and gateway patterns
