AI Data Engineer (Agent Platform)

📋 Description

• • As an AI Data Engineer on the Agent Platform team, you will build an internal data agent that empowers every employee to act as their own data analyst by asking questions in plain English and receiving accurate, decision-ready insights or dashboards.
• • Day to day, you will develop agent infrastructure including retrieval, planning, and execution systems; build end-to-end analytics with natural language interfaces over the company’s data stack; own and improve the data layer by evolving clean data models; maintain reliable data pipelines; ensure trustworthy outputs through monitoring and evaluation; and drive cross-functional adoption across engineering, product, legal, and operations teams.
• • You will join Collective Technologies, Inc., a mission-driven company redefining financial independence for self-employed individuals through an integrated platform offering incorporation, accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and community access—backed by top-tier investors and featured in major media outlets.
