• • You will be responsible for leading end-to-end diligence processes, acting as a trusted advisor to investors, and fostering close collaboration with Brain Co.'s engineering and product teams to generate actionable recommendations and deploy high-impact AI solutions for sponsor-backed companies.
• • This position is ideally suited for a seasoned operator who possesses a potent combination of deep strategic experience, robust technical literacy, sharp commercial acumen, and a proven ability to achieve results in high-stakes, demanding environments.
• • Key Responsibilities include leading AI Diligence, where you will meticulously evaluate target companies' AI strategies, data infrastructure, and overall technical maturity.
• • Your role will involve identifying critical opportunities, potential risks, and specific areas for value creation, subsequently distilling these complex findings into clear, business-oriented insights that resonate with stakeholders.
• • You will also be instrumental in Sponsor & Client Management, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for private equity and corporate sponsors.
• • This entails building enduring trust, meticulously aligning on project scope, delivering findings with unwavering conviction, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
• • A crucial aspect of the role is bridging Strategy & Technology, translating intricate AI/ML capabilities into practical, actionable recommendations for investment committees, portfolio executives, and internal Brain Co. stakeholders.
• • You will be tasked with delivering Value Creation Plans, working collaboratively with engineering and product leaders to precisely scope, prioritize, and implement AI solutions within sponsor-backed assets, ensuring both commercial viability and technical feasibility.
• • Furthermore, you will Drive Execution, taking full ownership of diligence engagements from initial scoping through to final delivery, guaranteeing excellence in both strategic analysis and operational outcomes.
• • We are looking for individuals with 6-10 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or direct private equity investing experience.
• • Startup operating experience is a mandatory requirement, demonstrating a clear ability to execute and scale effectively within high-growth environments.
• • A proven track record of successfully leading complex diligence processes that have resulted in material investment and operational outcomes is essential.
• • Strong technical literacy in AI/ML is crucial, enabling you to evaluate data pipelines, model strategies, and infrastructure at a high level.
