• As a People Operations Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining and optimizing the employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on onboarding and offboarding processes. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at automating and streamlining HR workflows, significantly contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team. This involves taking a proactive approach to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the employee experience from their first day to their last. Your work will directly impact how smoothly our team members transition into and out of the company, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint.
• A core aspect of this role involves leading initiatives to develop and refine our global people processes. This requires close collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. By partnering effectively, you will drive improvements, foster a sense of ownership, and ensure that our people processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with Dandy's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from conception to completion, leveraging your expertise in People Operations to support our Centers of Excellence (COEs) and achieve key People Team Objectives. This includes diving deep into data, understanding its implications, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• You will be the go-to person for managing and optimizing key HR systems, including JIRA ticketing and Lattice. Ensuring their effective utilization is crucial for supporting a wide range of People Operations functions, from employee onboarding and performance management to HR data tracking and reporting. Your proficiency in these systems will enable the People Team to operate with greater precision and insight. Furthermore, you will provide essential support in data analytics and survey strategy. This involves not only gathering and analyzing data but also developing strategic approaches to employee surveys, utilizing the insights derived to continuously improve and evolve our People Operations strategies and programs. Your analytical skills will be key to informing data-driven decisions.

• 4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment with People Operations specific experience.
• Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly.
• Experience leading process improvements, utilizing automations and driving clarity into complex and ambiguous environments.
• Overall track record of delivering quantifiable improvements.
