- • As an AI Deployment Engineer at Writer Inc., you will partner directly with leading enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and architect AI-powered solutions using Writer’s platform and enterprise-grade LLMs, directly impacting customer success and product evolution.
- • You will translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations, design and deliver custom applications and integrations, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap, and drive customer adoption and time-to-value through scalable processes and documentation.
- • Writer is a rapidly growing enterprise generative AI company valued at $1.9B, serving clients like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard, with offices in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Chicago, and London, focused on expanding human capacity through superintelligence.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI deployment, influence product direction through customer feedback, and build a track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
- • Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs, especially in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications
- • Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- • Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite leadership
- • A true builder's mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, always eager to experiment, learn, and iterate in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI
