📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Lead at BrainCo Inc., you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for financial services clients, driving adoption, commercial expansion, and measurable impact in regulated environments.
• Day to day, you will lead agile sprints, coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, drive user adoption and change management, and partner with clients to deliver measurable outcomes and expand relationships.
• BrainCo Inc. is an applied AI startup backed by Silicon Valley leaders, building impactful AI applications for governments, healthcare, and critical industries, with a team of 70+ AI experts from top tech firms and $55M in Series A funding.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI deployment, financial services workflows, stakeholder alignment, and commercial strategy, while building long-term client relationships and contributing to AI diligence and value creation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with meaningful exposure to AI deployment in complex, real-world environments
• Background in top-tier consulting, private equity, investment banking, AI/product companies, or technical/operating roles at large enterprises or financial institutions
• Direct financial services experience (banking, asset management, insurance, private equity, or fintech) is a significant plus
• Experience contributing to diligence processes, strategic analysis, technical evaluations, or enterprise AI deployments
• Startup or high-growth operating experience a plus; comfort with ambiguity and moving fast
• Demonstrated success driving people and process change at large enterprises — operating-model redesign, workflow transformation, and adoption at scale
• Ability to win over skeptical stakeholders, align competing incentives, and lead organizations through behavioral change
• Strong technical literacy in AI/ML, with ability to evaluate data pipelines, model strategies, and infrastructure at a high level
• Ability to discuss and assess technical trade-offs with engineering teams and translate them for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with financial data, workflows, and regulatory considerations for AI deployment in financial services is a strong plus
