📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Lead - GTM at BrainCo Inc., you will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI engagements, partnering with clients to understand their goals, drive program success, and turn deployed AI into adopted workflows while owning the commercial agenda within each account.
• Day to day, you will run discovery and engagement operations, lead structured discovery with customers, develop value sizing and product proposals, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, drive adoption and change management, and support AI diligence and value creation for target companies.
• BrainCo Inc. is an applied AI startup co-founded by Jared Kushner and Elad Gil, backed by Patrick Collison and Andrej Karpathy, building AI applications for governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries, with a team of 70+ AI experts from Tesla, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Databricks, and $55M Series A funding.
• In this role, you will learn to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, drive measurable program outcomes, build trust that expands client relationships, and operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer to deliver real-world impact in regulated enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, investment banking, AI/product companies (e.g., Palantir, Google, Amazon), or technical and operating roles at large enterprises or financial institutions
• Experience working with customers or clients, leading discovery, building trust, and navigating senior stakeholders
• Commercial instinct and/or experience, thinking through value, pricing, and what it takes to win and grow an account
• Demonstrated success driving both people and process change at large enterprises — operating-model redesign, workflow transformation, and adoption at scale
• Comfort with AI and technical concepts, able to work closely with product and engineering and translate between technical and business audiences
• Strong communication and building skills. Ability to turn complex analysis into clear narratives and high-quality materials that move decisions
• Range and ownership. Comfort moving between customer work, analysis, and operations, and thriving in ambiguity: can take things 0 to 1 without waiting for a playbook
