📋 Description

• AI Developer at TechTorch Solutions Inc. is a hands-on, production-focused role responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems that solve real-world business problems — moving beyond prototypes to deliver measurable ROI and operational efficiency for clients across industries.
• You will own the full lifecycle of AI agent development — from requirement gathering with clients to production deployment — ensuring systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with client outcomes through rapid iteration and engineering rigor.
• Join a fast-moving, ownership-driven team at TechTorch that values speed, collaboration, and AI-first thinking, where you’ll work directly with Fortune 500 and private equity clients to transform workflows using cutting-edge agentic architectures.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows in Python using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, and AWS Bedrock; integrating and evaluating leading models like Gemini, GPT, and Claude; connecting agents to real systems via APIs, SaaS apps, webhooks, queues, and events; implementing memory, retrieval, and planning mechanisms for reliable agent behavior; taking prototypes to production with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment; building internal SDKs and reusable agent templates to accelerate delivery; instrumenting systems with logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation metrics; collaborating with clients to capture requirements, run experiments, and iterate fast; and applying security, privacy, and safety best practices in all deployments.
• The team operates with a strong bias for action, prioritizing outcomes over hours, and fosters an environment where engineers are empowered to own their work from concept to production, supported by a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and AI-first innovation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in production-grade AI systems, gain experience working with enterprise clients on high-impact AI solutions, and become proficient in modern agent orchestration tools and cloud-native deployment practices — positioning you as a leader in applied AI engineering.
• You will also develop strong software engineering discipline in Python, including async programming, testing, packaging, Git, CI/CD, and containerization, while expanding your knowledge of observability, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices — all within a remote-first, flexible environment that values results and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or complex automations in production environments
• Strong Python skills including async programming, testing, and packaging
• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain, plus orchestration tools such as n8n, AWS Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar model ecosystems and their APIs
• Solid understanding of data foundations including embeddings, RAG, chunking, and indexing techniques
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS cloud services
