• • As an AI Developer - Dutch Speaking, you will own the ongoing development and scaling of an Enterprise Voice AI Agent designed to power service delivery for a Netherlands-based portfolio company and their clients at enterprise volume. This role is critical to enabling seamless, automated customer interactions in Dutch, directly supporting business operations and client satisfaction.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and tuning AI voice agent pipelines (speech recognition, natural language understanding, dialogue management, text-to-speech), developing and maintaining frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Python) components, integrating the agent with CRM and telephony systems, managing a prioritized backlog, and serving as the primary technical liaison with Dutch-speaking stakeholders — conducting requirements sessions, writing documentation, and communicating updates in Dutch.
• • You will join a small, product-focused team within Fluent Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation’s portfolio of vertical market software businesses. The team operates with lightweight processes, frequent releases, direct communication, and a strong emphasis on ownership and collaboration, giving you autonomy to drive impact.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, AI agent integration, and enterprise-grade system reliability while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge voice AI technologies. You will also strengthen your cross-functional communication skills by working directly with international clients in Dutch, positioning you at the intersection of software engineering and client-facing innovation.
