📋 Description
- • As an AI Developer at Fluent Software Group, you will own the development and scaling of an Enterprise Voice AI Agent that powers service delivery for a Netherlands-based portfolio company and its clients, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will build and tune voice AI pipelines, develop frontend and backend components using React/Next.js and Node.js/Python, integrate with CRM and telephony systems, maintain a prioritized backlog, and serve as the primary technical liaison with Dutch-speaking stakeholders, conducting meetings, writing documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications in Dutch.
- • You will join a small, product-focused team within Valsoft Corporation’s vertical market software portfolio, known for lightweight processes, frequent shipping, direct communication, and a culture of ownership and collaboration across Europe and North America.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, voice AI systems, agentic AI workflows, and enterprise integrations while gaining direct experience collaborating with international clients in a Dutch-speaking business environment, positioning you at the forefront of applied AI in vertical SaaS.
