- • Define and execute a product vision centered on AI and custom software, establishing a detailed roadmap aligned with client goals and Future Works’ standards.
- • Lead the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC) for custom software applications, overseeing design, development, and deployment phases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- • Manage and synchronize cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science to ensure alignment on functionality, usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
- • Integrate AI capabilities into custom software solutions by collaborating with engineering and data science teams, making strategic decisions on where LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and data analytics add the most value.
- • Serve as the primary client contact, communicating project progress, gathering feedback, and refining requirements to ensure products meet client needs and expectations.
- • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to monitor design and development progress, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to delivery standards.
- • Foster a culture of iteration by using data and client feedback to refine PDLC processes and drive innovation in AI-enhanced digital products.
- • Translate complex client requirements into actionable product specifications and technical requirements for design and development teams.
- • Maintain end-to-end ownership of custom software products from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- • Utilize project management tools including GSuite, Clickup, Figma, and Jira to coordinate workflows, track progress, and ensure team alignment.
- • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance metrics and implementing process enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- • Ensure all delivered software solutions reflect Future Works’ core values of AI-native execution, delivering joy, smooth & fast operations, selflessness, candor, pursuing excellence, and ever-evolving practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years in product management with hands-on experience across all phases of the PDLC, especially in delivering custom software solutions that integrate AI.
- • Proven track record of managing and coordinating complex design and development lifecycles, from concept to launch.
- • Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics) and software development methodologies, with the ability to communicate technical requirements to design and development teams.
- • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, including design, development, and engineering, to deliver products on schedule.
- • Skilled in building client relationships, translating requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
- • Excellent analytical skills to assess product performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions that enhance products and outcomes.
- • 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products.
- • Proficiency in GSuite, Clickup, Figma, and Jira.
