- • Design and maintain voize's internal AI productivity suite by connecting AI agents, data sources, and workflows to enable cross-functional automation and decision-making across the organization.
- • Enable AI fluency across all teams through onboarding sessions, workshops, function-specific playbooks, and tailored learning content to drive widespread adoption of AI tools.
- • Establish and enforce AI governance standards, data handling protocols, and compliance guardrails in partnership with Security and IT teams to ensure safe and responsible AI usage.
- • Partner directly with cross-functional teams and leadership to embed AI into daily workflows, build custom AI agents and automations, and translate business needs into prioritized AI initiatives.
- • Drive organizational change by helping teams and management reimagine how work is structured, transitioning from human-only processes to human-AI collaborative workflows.
- • Analyze AI tool usage patterns, adoption metrics, and user fatigue signals to iterate on systems and improve measurable outcomes in daily work loops.
- • Build and maintain an LM-readable context layer with a structured update process to ensure AI agents and humans operate on a shared, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge base.
- • Turn scattered, ad-hoc AI experiments into repeatable, scalable operating systems that standardize best practices across departments.
- • Act as a technical bridge between engineering and non-technical teams, building, debugging, and shipping AI solutions while collaborating with both technical and frontline users.
- • Continuously refine AI enablement strategies based on real-world feedback, usage data, and evolving organizational needs to maximize impact and adoption.
- • Support the transition of voize into an AI-native organization by operationalizing AI adoption at scale, ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with company mission.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment with hands-on ownership of cross-functional AI or advanced technology adoption initiatives
- • Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems including prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, and APIs, with experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms
- • Proven track record of enabling non-technical teams through training, playbooks, and feedback loops to drive large-scale adoption of new technologies
- • Engineer mindset with ability to build, debug, and ship AI solutions alongside both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- • English required; some level of German is a strong plus
