AI Enablement & Governance– AI Quality & Evaluation Lead

📋 Description

• • The AI Quality & Evaluation Lead enables responsible and scalable AI adoption by defining technical quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and control requirements across the AI lifecycle, ensuring AI solutions are accurate, grounded, and aligned with enterprise risk and trust expectations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams during design to define quality acceptance criteria, developing automated metrics for Generative AI performance (e.g., groundedness, faithfulness), establishing drift monitoring and technical controls, and translating governance policies into testable criteria for CI/CD pipelines.
