📋 Description

• • The AI Enablement & Governance Lead – Policy, Controls & Compliance enables responsible and scalable AI adoption by defining clear AI governance policies, standards, and control requirements across the AI lifecycle. This role is critical to ensuring AI solutions are auditable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise risk and trust expectations.
• • Day to day, the person will own and maintain enterprise AI governance policies and standards, translate regulatory frameworks like NIST AI RMF into enforceable requirements, define AI controls with measurable intent and evidence artifacts, partner with engineering and security teams to embed controls into SDLC, and support client-facing teams with defensible governance content for RFPs and audits.
