You will be instrumental in transforming how managers, directors, and the leadership team operate by designing and implementing an 8-12 week AI enablement program. This program is meticulously crafted to train, coach, and support individuals in leveraging AI-driven workflows, ultimately enhancing productivity, reducing operational friction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Your core responsibility will involve conducting in-depth workflow audits across various departments. This means delving into the day-to-day tasks and processes of managers and directors to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint high-value opportunities where AI can make a significant impact. You will analyze current workflows to understand where AI can effectively reduce workload, accelerate performance, improve the quality of output, or automate repetitive tasks, thereby freeing up valuable human capital for more strategic initiatives.
- • A significant part of this role is the design and delivery of comprehensive training sessions. You will develop and conduct both initial foundational training and ongoing reinforcement sessions to ensure that participants not only understand the principles of AI adoption but can also practically apply them. This will involve creating engaging and informative content tailored to the specific needs and roles of the leadership team.
- • Beyond group training, you will provide crucial one-on-one coaching. This personalized support is vital for embedding AI into daily routines and ensuring that individuals feel confident and capable in utilizing AI tools. - • Measuring the impact of AI adoption is critical. You will monitor usage patterns, actively gather user feedback, and meticulously track key metrics such as time savings and efficiency gains. - • To foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, you will lead a bi-weekly internal AI workgroup.
