- • Design and manage high-performing AI systems that drive real-time market intelligence and user engagement for live crypto media products.
- • Own the full funnel architecture of AI products, from initial data ingestion to final product conversion, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
- • Scale and optimize existing production-grade AI systems including the 24/7 Terminal (targeting 220ms latency), BOOST Scanner, AI Influencer, and SEO tools.
- • Lead the rapid development and deployment of on-demand AI initiatives, acting as the primary technical resource for new projects from concept to production.
- • Ensure the lifecycle journey from raw social signals to finished market insights is automated and high-fidelity, managing all required tools and software.
- • Be 100% accountable for the commercial ROI of all AI systems, optimizing compute and API usage to prevent cash burn and maximize profitability.
- • Build and maintain AI infrastructure using Python (FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic), Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for data processing and model development.
- • Implement and fine-tune LLMs including Llama, Transformers (HuggingFace), and APIs from OpenAI and Claude, with experience in RAG and deep learning techniques.
- • Integrate and manage data infrastructure including PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, VectorDB, and message queues like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- • Deploy and optimize AI models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), utilizing AWS Lambda, Docker, and GPU optimization for low-latency performance.
- • Automate data collection and processing using Selenium, Twitter API v2, and crypto exchange APIs (Binance, CoinGecko) to feed real-time market signals.
- • Apply analytical rigor to every architectural decision, basing improvements on hard data to identify system inefficiencies before they impact business outcomes.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of crypto markets and trading dynamics, including tokenomics, to support blockchain-related AI projects.
- • Communicate clearly and concisely in UK English, with a bias to action in a lean, high-output team environment where ownership and results are paramount.
- • Act as a creative strategist who identifies generic solutions and iterates on high-performance logic aligned with audience psychology and market behavior.
- • Maintain extreme low-latency standards across all real-time market intelligence tools while scaling infrastructure to support 85k+ daily active users and 10M monthly views.

- • Proven track record of scaling technical products with hands-on development experience preceding the current AI wave
- • Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic), LLMs (Llama, HuggingFace, OpenAI/Claude), RAG, and fine-tuning
- • Experience with real-time data infrastructure: PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, VectorDB, Kafka/RabbitMQ
