📋 Description

• • As an AI Engineer at Sweed AB, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing an all-in-one cannabis retail platform that combines POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a seamless solution, directly impacting how cannabis retailers operate and grow their businesses.
• • Day to day, you will own features end-to-end—from task breakdown to production deployment—designing and building server-side logic (REST/RPC APIs), implementing clean and fast user interfaces with React and TypeScript, setting up CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker, participating in code reviews, and leveraging AI agents like Cursor, Claude, and Codex to enhance development velocity and quality across the stack.
• • You will join a distributed, product-driven team of over 200 people, working within cross-functional product teams of 8–12 members that include front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts, each led by a Team Lead and Product Owner, with close alignment to business goals through collaboration with US-based leadership, account managers, and customer success.
• • In this role, you will deepen your full-stack engineering expertise while mastering AI-augmented development workflows, gaining hands-on experience in agentic workflows, prompt engineering, output verification, and degradation control—positioning you at the forefront of modern software engineering practices in a fast-evolving, mission-driven industry.
