📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) integrated with Azure AI and OpenAI APIs.
• Implement advanced AI patterns including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), summarization, classification, entity extraction, and conversational copilots within Power Platform workflows.
• Develop reusable AI components such as connectors, APIs, shared prompt libraries, and solution accelerators to enable consistent enterprise adoption across teams.
• Build and optimize intelligent automation workflows in Power Automate with human-in-the-loop processing, approvals, exception handling, and integration with enterprise systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for AI usage on Power Platform, including environment strategy, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, connector controls, access management, and prompt lifecycle governance.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data, using Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC, least privilege access, and secrets management.
• Implement enterprise application lifecycle management (ALM) using solutions, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and controlled deployments across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, including concurrency controls, usage monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Partner with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and best practice guidance to development teams and citizen developers.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and industrialize successful prototypes into production-ready, scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable patterns, and platform standards that promote safe, governed, and sustainable AI adoption.
• Monitor, log, and alert on AI-enabled workflows to ensure operational reliability and proactively address failures or performance degradation.
• Apply Responsible AI principles throughout the solution lifecycle, including risk assessments, safety controls, and red-teaming exercises where applicable.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem components such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph for seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams to evaluate, remediate, and mitigate risks across the AI solution lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI roles, with 3+ years delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Deep expertise integrating Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, including prompt engineering, function calling, and safety controls
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and AI evaluation techniques
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience with Azure security controls including Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC, DLP policies, and API Management
