- • As an AI-First Partner Growth Manager in Healthcare, you will drive revenue growth by recruiting, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with healthcare-focused system integrators and consulting firms, directly impacting Intellistack’s market penetration and customer outcomes in the healthcare sector.
- • Day to day, you will engage healthcare-specialized partners to align on joint value propositions, lead sales and delivery enablement, run co-sell motions with Account Executives, use tools like CrossBeam for account mapping, and leverage AI platforms such as Gamma and Claude to automate outreach, track engagement, and scale partner performance.
- • You will join a fast-moving, AI-driven team at Intellistack that values curiosity, execution, and continuous improvement—where feedback is welcomed, clarity is prioritized, and innovation is expected as the norm in a culture built on solving real problems with technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-powered partner enablement, deepen your knowledge of healthcare IT ecosystems (including Epic and Redox), master no-code workflow automation and data integration use cases, and become a leader in scaling partner-sourced pipeline through data-driven, tech-augmented strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of healthcare SaaS experience with familiarity in healthcare software ecosystems such as Epic and Redox
- • Proven experience developing AI tools to engage target audiences and scale personal or team impact
- • Experience managing consulting or system integrator partnerships and driving growth within partner ecosystems
- • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and a track record of impeccable follow-up
- • Data-driven mindset with experience delivering against quantitative metrics like pipeline and revenue
- • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Gamma, Claude) and technical proficiency with Intellistack’s no-code platform
