- • Teach 11-week live, online courses in AI for Business, AI Integration in Business I, AI Integration in Business II, Applied AI for Document and Linguistic Analysis, Data Analysis with AI, and Introduction to Applied AI for Business Operations.
- • Deliver instruction using engaging, student-centered strategies in a virtual environment to promote active learning and student participation.
- • Provide timely, constructive feedback on student work and respond to all student inquiries within 24 hours.
- • Host weekly office hours to support student understanding, foster community, and encourage academic engagement.
- • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to co-manage course logistics, including mentoring TAs on effective grading practices and student engagement techniques.
- • Evaluate student progress through assessments, maintain accurate grade records, and submit mid-quarter and end-of-quarter evaluations.
- • Participate in peer collaboration with other instructors and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve course design and delivery.
- • Contribute to co-curricular programming such as speaker series and networking events to enhance the student learning experience.
- • Stay current on industry trends in AI for business applications and pedagogical innovations in online education, including the effective integration of AI-powered tools within the curriculum.
- • Commit 8–10 hours per week per course, with flexibility to accommodate training sessions and course preparation.
- • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that prioritizes equity, access, and success for students from diverse and historically underserved backgrounds.
- • Utilize Campus’s all-in-one platform (Campuswire) and rely on a dedicated Academic Operations team for administrative and logistical support to focus on teaching.
- • Adapt instruction to align with the structure and goals of Campus’s academic quarters, including Summer (July 6 – September 18) and Fall (October 5 – December 18) terms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field
- • At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
- • Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
- • Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
- • Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education
