- • As an AI for Data & Analytics Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering professionals and students to harness artificial intelligence for smarter, faster, and more impactful data-driven decision-making. This contract position allows you to leverage your real-world expertise in applying AI to analytical workflows while guiding others to achieve their career and educational aspirations through personalized, high-impact coaching.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one virtual coaching sessions tailored to individual learner goals, designing practical, hands-on exercises that demonstrate AI applications in data cleaning, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, and visualization, providing actionable feedback on mentees’ projects involving tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), helping mentees integrate generative AI and LLMs into reporting and forecasting workflows, maintaining session notes and progress tracking to ensure measurable skill development, and collaborating with Leland’s curriculum team to refine coaching methodologies based on learner outcomes and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven hands-on experience applying AI techniques (including machine learning, generative AI, or automation) to real-world data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tasks in a professional setting
- • Demonstrated ability to explain complex data and AI concepts in simple, practical terms to learners with varying technical backgrounds
- • Experience with core data analytics tools and languages such as Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
