• • As an AI for Sales & Marketing Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering the next generation of go-to-market professionals by sharing your real-world expertise in applying artificial intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes. This contract position is ideal for seasoned practitioners who have successfully integrated AI into sales and marketing workflows and are passionate about mentoring others to achieve similar success. Your guidance will directly impact learners’ ability to innovate in lead generation, customer engagement, content strategy, and campaign performance—helping them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical execution in today’s AI-driven marketplace.
• • Day to day, you will conduct virtual one-on-one or small group coaching sessions with students and professionals seeking to apply AI in sales and marketing contexts, drawing from your hands-on experience to provide actionable, personalized feedback. You will help mentees identify and implement AI tools for lead scoring, predictive outreach, email and ad copy generation, audience segmentation, A/B testing automation, and CRM enrichment, while emphasizing ethical use and data privacy. Sessions will be tailored to individual goals, whether the learner is aiming to optimize outbound sequences, improve conversion rates, or build scalable content engines using generative AI. You will also collaborate with Leland’s coaching team to refine session frameworks, contribute to resource libraries, and ensure alignment with the platform’s educational standards.
