📋 Description

• As an AI Growth Hacker at Rollstack Inc., you will drive innovative, AI-powered growth strategies that directly impact how leading organizations automate and scale their data communication workflows. Your work will accelerate customer acquisition and brand visibility by transforming experimental ideas into measurable outcomes across paid, social, email, and event channels.
• You will build and execute end-to-end growth systems using AI tools like Claude Code and n8n to automate target account enrichment, ad concept generation, copywriting, creative rendering, and campaign deployment — compressing weeks of work into single sessions. You’ll design and run rapid growth experiments across channels, measure performance rigorously, and double down on what works while quickly discarding what doesn’t.
• You will amplify Rollstack’s thought leadership by ensuring content reaches the right audiences through organic reach, sponsorships, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, turning product launches into viral moments on platforms like LinkedIn.
• You’ll use AI not as a novelty but as your core operating system — applying it to research, copy, campaign setup, and analysis — to act as a force multiplier in every aspect of your workflow.
• You’ll track key metrics with RevOps and the Growth Director, maintaining accountability for ROI and ensuring resources are focused only on high-impact initiatives.
• You’ll support conference and event execution at key industry gatherings such as FABCON and Tableau Conference, managing logistics including registrations, booth coordination, scheduling, and pre/post-show follow-up to maximize ROI from in-person engagement.
• You’ll join a mission-driven, remote-first team backed by Y Combinator and Insight Partners, working alongside former builders from Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, Tesla, and AiFi, where your contributions are visible, celebrated, and directly tied to company growth.
• You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, move quickly, and shape your role into a serious growth leadership position, with access to bi-annual off-sites in inspiring destinations and meaningful equity in a high-potential startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related function with proven success in driving measurable results through at least one effective channel (e.g., SEO, social, paid, email, community).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, n8n, or similar platforms to build and ship automated workflows that integrate into daily work.
• A strong bias toward experimentation: ability to form hypotheses, build minimum viable tests, measure outcomes, and pivot quickly without emotional attachment to ideas.
• Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity — preference for asking forgiveness over permission and thriving in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
• Detail-oriented execution skills, particularly in managing logistics like conference coordination, follow-up sequences, and scheduling without dropping balls.
• Bonus: Experience at a startup or early-stage company, familiarity with the data/analytics/B I ecosystem (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Looker), or a side project/newsletter that gained real traction.
