- • Marketing Manager for Gray Swan Arena, responsible for growing the user base of a platform where top red-teamers test frontier AI models and contribute to AI safety research.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing influencer and affiliate programs, tracking and optimizing participant acquisition and engagement metrics, leading challenge announcements, shaping consumer brand voice for Discord and community engagement, translating community insights into marketing content, managing per-challenge budgets, and planning in-person hackathons and events to attract AI specialists.
- • Gray Swan AI is a well-funded, fast-growing team of ~30 people focused on protecting organizations from AI security threats through real-time threat detection, automated validation, and adaptive defenses, with strong partnerships across leading AI labs and a mission-driven culture centered on practical AI safety work.
- • In this role, you will gain ownership over growth strategy for a high-impact product, develop expertise in niche technical community marketing, shape brand voice in the AI safety space, and directly contribute to making AI systems safer through improved model stress-testing and alignment with human values.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of executing successful B2C marketing campaigns
- • Ability to conceptualize creative marketing campaigns and see them through to completion
- • Experience managing influencer & affiliate marketing programs for specialist content creation
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Adaptivity and curiosity to stay effective amid rapidly changing online marketing trends
