📋 Description

• Audit existing business workflows in finance, operations, and order processing to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Analyze current software functionality to determine where AI-driven solutions can replace manual tasks and improve accuracy.
• Implement AI-powered automation systems using ChatGPT, Claude, and related AI technologies to streamline accounting, data entry, and operational processes.
• Automate accounting workflows within QuickBooks, including invoice scanning, classification, filing, and payment processing.
• Design and deploy secure AI agents for order processing, data retrieval, organization, and storage systems.
• Replicate, redesign, or enhance existing systems to increase scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Organize, process, and securely store financial and operational data while ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all automated workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to align automation initiatives with business goals and technical constraints.
• Provide training and comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth adoption of AI-driven systems by non-technical users.
• Communicate implementation progress, performance metrics, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor deployed AI systems for accuracy, reliability, and performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Continuously evaluate new automation opportunities across business functions to drive ongoing operational efficiency.
• Support teams in effectively utilizing newly implemented AI systems with minimal ongoing technical support.
• Ensure all automated systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business growth objectives.
• Deliver clear, actionable documentation and training materials to enable self-sufficiency in using AI-powered workflows.
• Achieve measurable reductions in manual effort, processing time, and human error across core business functions.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of transforming manual operations into intelligent, scalable, AI-driven systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions within business operations
• Expert-level experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered workflow automation
• Experience automating accounting and financial workflows, particularly within QuickBooks
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents and automation systems
• Experience integrating AI solutions with existing business platforms and systems
• Strong process analysis and workflow optimization capabilities
