• As the technical backbone of our content platform, you will be tasked with solving complex, high-impact challenges. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying robust, production-ready machine learning models and infrastructure. This includes tackling critical questions around scalability, ensuring low-latency inference for millions of users, and architecting systems that can understand and adapt to dynamic cultural trends in real-time.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from initial development and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. This involves building and maintaining scalable ML infrastructure and data pipelines capable of handling massive media datasets. You will implement sophisticated inference systems designed to optimize content across various verticals, ensuring that our users receive the most relevant and engaging experiences.
• A significant part of your role will involve fine-tuning and deploying state-of-the-art multimodal AI systems, adhering strictly to MLOps best practices. This ensures reliability, reproducibility, and efficient management of our ML assets. You will collaborate closely with our data science teams, facilitating the seamless transition of research models into production-ready solutions that can be integrated into our core products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience building production systems at Big Tech companies, high-growth startups, or media/entertainment platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, core ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Extensive experience with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, and monitoring systems.
• Proven track record deploying and scaling ML models in production environments with high availability requirements.
• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
