📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions for IT and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a reusable repository of automation scripts and workflows using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or RPA, and automation platforms including ServiceNow, MS System Center, OpenText Automation Center, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Integrate AI, Generative AI, and machine learning capabilities into automation workflows to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, self-healing systems, AI agents, and copilots.
• Develop and train machine learning models specifically for IT operational tasks including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and capacity planning.
• Work with large volumes of IT operational data, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to improve model accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Contribute to the development of internal automation tools and frameworks to standardize and scale automation practices.
• Participate in the development of AI/Generative AI microapps for deployment on external OEM marketplaces including ServiceNow, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting automation systems and deployed AI/ML models.
• Document all automation processes, codebases, and machine learning models with clarity and precision to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate open-source and vendor-provided technologies and tools to select optimal solutions aligned with organizational needs and architecture standards.
• Undertake designated skill and knowledge development initiatives, including training and mentoring junior team members to build organizational capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or RPA for automation script development
• Experience with automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, MS System Center, or OpenText Automation Center
• Hands-on experience developing and training machine learning models for IT operational use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive maintenance)
• Ability to work with large-scale IT operational datasets, including data cleaning and feature engineering
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/Gen AI capabilities into automation workflows
• Strong documentation and communication skills for technical processes and models
