📋 Description

• Join Melotech as an AI/ML Engineer Intern and become a pivotal force in revolutionizing the media and entertainment industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the machine learning systems that power our innovative content platform, directly impacting how billions of minutes of content are experienced worldwide. You will tackle complex, real-world challenges, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI and media.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of production-ready ML models. This involves not just building the models themselves, but also ensuring they are robust, efficient, and seamlessly integrated into our existing content and product ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences and optimizing our content delivery.
• A core part of your role will be designing and implementing scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines. This is crucial for handling the massive datasets inherent in media, ensuring our systems can grow and perform under heavy load. You will architect solutions that are both powerful and cost-effective, a critical balance in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You will implement sophisticated inference systems designed for real-time content optimization across various media verticals. This requires a deep understanding of model deployment, latency requirements, and the specific needs of different content types, from music to video to social media.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience (e.g., through personal projects, academic work, or previous internships) in building and deploying ML models, preferably with exposure to production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, monitoring).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to learning and tackling technical challenges.
• Passion for music, video, or social media, and a keen interest in applying AI to the media and entertainment industry.
