- • As an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect at Nebius Group N.V., you will serve as a trusted advisor to AI-focused customers, designing scalable solutions and managing large-scale AI deployments involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs, directly enabling clients to solve real-world challenges without massive infrastructure costs.
- • Day to day, you will design customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals, build and maintain long-term client relationships, deliver technical presentations and whitepapers, host webinars, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and relay customer feedback.
- • Nebius is a global leader in cloud computing for the AI economy, headquartered in Amsterdam with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel, employing over 1,400 people including 400+ skilled engineers and an in-house AI R&D team, offering a cutting-edge environment at the forefront of AI cloud infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in MLOps, distributed ML systems, and AI infrastructure while gaining experience in customer-facing technical leadership, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you as a key enabler of enterprise AI adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies in MLOps engineering, Machine Learning engineering or similar roles
- • Strong understanding of ML ecosystems, including models, use cases and tooling
- • Proven experience in setting up and optimizing distributed training pipelines across multi-node and multi-GPU environments
- • Hands-on knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
