📋 Description
- • AI-Native GTM & Business Operations Lead at Legion Health, a Y Combinator-backed healthcare AI startup building autonomous medical care with $5M+ ARR and $20M+ raised, focused on transforming psychiatry through AI-driven care delivery and administrative automation.
- • Work directly with founders and leadership on high-leverage projects across GTM, revenue, operations, finance, hiring, legal, and internal AI systems, including prototyping AI tools, analyzing patient funnels, building dashboards, and automating workflows to move the company faster.
- • Join a mission-driven team rebuilding full-stack care delivery from first principles, combining rich data, production AI, clinicians in the loop, and end-to-end operations to deliver 10X better patient and clinician experiences while holding ops costs flat.
- • Develop rare early-career exposure to strategic decision-making, build AI-native systems that save teams meaningful time, and grow into larger roles across GTM, business operations, product, or strategy by solving ambiguous problems with speed, grit, and technical fluency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-3 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, startup operations, product, data, or engineering
- • Strong preference for a technical or quantitative degree (computer science, engineering, data science, operations research, financial engineering, applied math, statistics, economics, or similar)
- • Demonstrated competency in building projects, scripts, tools, automations, prototypes, dashboards, or workflows that actually worked
- • Deep AI-native working style — using AI tools to build, analyze, automate, prototype, research, write, debug, and move faster every day
- • Ability to build lightweight tools using Python, JavaScript, SQL, spreadsheets, APIs, no-code tools, or AI coding tools
- • Strong analytical horsepower to build models, interrogate assumptions, analyze funnels, and explain unit economics
