- • Join our team as a Senior Project Manager and take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing Engineered to Order (ETO), Modular Data Center Building projects with precision and efficiency.
- • You will be the conduit for converting complex customer requirements to actionable, attainable scope while collaborating with in-house engineering and manufacturing experts.
- • You'll be the champion of managing customer expectations, coordinating manufacturing activities on innovative designs that need to adhere to strict specifications, code and safety standards.
- • Your ability to communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams will be crucial in driving projects to successful completion.
- • Your work directly impacts our ability to deploy modular data center buildings to compute from sustainable, renewable and/or stranded energy sources.
- • We are seeking a deeply experienced professional with a proven background in construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing, a strategic mindset, and an unwavering passion for innovative design/build project leadership.
- • This is a full-time position.
🎯 Requirements
- • Industry Experience: Construction, Electrical Project Management or Modular Building Manufacturing experience: Experience in construction or similar industry with exposure to multi-disciplinary products, (electrical, HVAC, structural, enclosure/building envelope). Modular Building Manufacturing and/or Data Center Construction experience is preferred.
- • Building Code & Electrical Code Knowledge: Competent in building and electrical code knowledge for collaboration with the in-house engineering department, manufacturing technicians, and authority having jurisdictions for permit processing.
- • Project Management Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing projects within the electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing industry.
- • Bachelor of Science: BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management. Closely related fields will be considered.
