In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software applications within the domains of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
• • A core responsibility will involve the training of custom machine learning and deep learning models. This includes working with both structured and unstructured data, meticulously preparing datasets, and employing advanced techniques to optimize model performance. You will be adept at selecting relevant features, constructing robust classifiers, and fine-tuning models to achieve superior accuracy and efficiency.
• • You will play a key role in studies and development initiatives aimed at significantly improving the quality of machine translation (MT) engines. This involves addressing the specific linguistic nuances and requirements of our customers for each installed language pair. Your work will contribute to a comprehensive strategy for the systematic evaluation and long-term enhancement of MT quality, ensuring our translation services are precise and contextually appropriate.
• • Collaboration is key in this role. You will interact closely with data stewards and other IT stakeholders to define and implement data rules. This ensures that our data is managed effectively and adheres to strict quality standards. Your efforts will be vital in defining data controls and executing actions that guarantee the integrity and consistency of the data we utilize for analysis and model training.
• • A significant aspect of your work will be the creation and maintenance of automated anomaly detection systems. You will be responsible for continuously tracking the performance of these systems, identifying deviations, and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure their ongoing effectiveness in safeguarding data integrity and identifying potential issues.
• • You will leverage state-of-the-art methods for data mining, extracting valuable insights and patterns from complex datasets. This involves applying sophisticated analytical techniques to uncover hidden trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• • The processing, cleansing, and verification of data integrity are fundamental to your responsibilities. You will ensure that all data used for analysis and model development is accurate, complete, and reliable, forming a solid foundation for our AI/ML initiatives.
• • You will be tasked with designing the IT architecture for solutions in the NLP, ML, and AI fields. This includes considering master- and meta-data management concepts to ensure scalability, maintainability, and interoperability. You will then coordinate the implementation of these architectures, working closely with development teams.
• • A critical part of your role involves analyzing data architecture for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. This proactive approach helps identify and rectify potential issues before they impact project outcomes.
• • You will contribute significantly to the analysis of our data management vision, strategy, and policy. Based on this analysis, you will derive and articulate the necessary IT requirements to support our overarching data governance objectives.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to the design of IT architecture, with a strong emphasis on master- and meta-data management concepts, ensuring a unified and efficient data ecosystem.
• • Risk management is an essential component of this position. You will perform risk assessments and act proactively to mitigate potential project threats, ensuring smooth project execution.
• • You will manage issues, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle, meticulously documenting all aspects in the project logs for transparency and accountability.
• • Participation in the preparation of crucial project documentation, including Business Cases, Vision Documents, and Project Charters, will be expected.
• • You will propose innovative solutions by creatively combining IT tools with business process refactoring or improvements. This requires an in-depth understanding of specific business domains to deliver impactful and tailored solutions.
