  • • Execute comprehensive strategic account plans for assigned customers, outlining current state, target future state, timelines, and actionable steps to drive product adoption, outcomes, renewals, expansion, and advocacy;
  • • Lead and prepare recurring client meetings including quarterly business reviews and executive business reviews, clearly demonstrating understanding of client goals and communicating the value delivered by Virtix Health’s products and services;
  • • Implement adoption strategies to increase utilization and engagement of Virtix Health’s risk adjustment and clinical quality solutions across customer portfolios;
  • • Proactively identify risks to customer success and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes and mitigate potential failures;
  • • Manage and secure customer renewals while identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities within the full portfolio of Virtix Health’s products and services;
  • • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer leadership and decision-makers to strengthen partnerships and reinforce long-term commitment;
  • • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, provide tailored guidance, and recommend actionable solutions to achieve desired health outcomes;
  • • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in all Virtix Health products, services, and delivery processes, with a strong focus on risk adjustment and clinical quality offerings used by payer clients;
  • • Ensure strict compliance with Virtix Health’s policies, procedures, mission statement, and all applicable confidentiality and HIPAA requirements when handling sensitive data;
  • • Translate client needs into actionable insights for internal teams, aligning cross-functional efforts to support customer success and operational goals;
  • • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support the company’s operational and financial objectives;
  • • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions, reporting, and strategic planning activities;
  • • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication to effectively capture, manage, and resolve client questions and issues;
  • • Manage client expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty and advocacy;
  • • Travel up to 10% to meet with clients and support strategic initiatives in person when required.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in customer relationship or account management;
  • • Proven experience managing customer renewals and expansion opportunities in the healthcare industry;
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • • Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare industry dynamics and IT solutions based on analytics;
  • • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior-level client stakeholders;
  • • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
