📋 Description

• Senior Staff ML Researcher focused on LLM Algorithmic Optimization at d-Matrix Corporation, a company at the forefront of software and hardware innovation for generative AI, where the role is critical to advancing efficient inference on DNN accelerators.
• Invent, design, and implement efficient algorithms to optimize large language model inference on DNN accelerators; collaborate with mathematicians, ML researchers, and engineers to apply advanced algorithmic and numerical techniques at the intersection of mathematics, ML, and LLM applications.
• Join a close-knit, inclusive team that values humility, direct communication, and diverse perspectives to drive better solutions through execution and collaboration in a hybrid work environment (3 days on-site in Santa Clara).

🎯 Requirements

• MSc or PhD in math, CS, statistics, physics, or related STEM field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Experience in Python and OOP code design
