- • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Revenue Analysts to foster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the Revenue Analytics function.
- • Own and continuously improve the global revenue analytics landscape, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks using Power BI, Salesforce, and the data warehouse (DWH).
- • Own top-line revenue planning in close collaboration with Controlling, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and setting global revenue targets.
- • Deliver monthly performance updates to senior leadership (CLT), translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations based on prior month results.
- • Lead the coordination and delivery of global Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Sales leadership, presenting key results and strategic implications to C-level stakeholders.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across the full sales and customer lifecycle through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, and Product teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives.
- • Enhance data models and improve data quality in partnership with Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate and reliable revenue reporting.
- • Support the design and optimization of Sales Incentive & Compensation frameworks using data-driven insights to improve sales team performance and retention.
- • Evaluate and integrate modern analytics tools and AI-driven approaches, such as LLM-based workflows and coding assistants, to scale efficiency and innovation in the analytics function.
- • Translate complex financial and operational data into strategic business insights that influence executive decision-making at the global level.
- • Ensure consistency and accuracy in revenue reporting across regions and business units by standardizing metrics and methodologies.
- • Proactively identify gaps in data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, or analytical processes, and propose and implement solutions to bridge them.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing timely, accurate, and interpretable revenue insights that guide strategic direction.
- • Promote a culture of data literacy and accountability across the Sales and Revenue Operations teams through training and clear communication of analytics outputs.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in revenue analytics, sales operations, and BI tooling to continuously elevate the team’s capabilities.
- • Manage end-to-end delivery of revenue-related analytics initiatives from requirement gathering to stakeholder presentation and implementation.
- • Balance hands-on analytical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring both team development and technical excellence are prioritized.
- • Maintain rigorous data governance standards while enabling fast, agile insights to support rapid business decisions.
- • Champion the adoption of automation and AI-enhanced workflows to reduce manual effort and increase analytical capacity across the team.
