- • Monitor AI-driven workflows in production to detect abnormal behavior, trust issues, and degraded outputs in finance-oriented environments.
- • Review signals related to output quality, fallback usage, and low-confidence patterns to assess system reliability and safety.
- • Escalate incidents that impact live user trust, business quality, or finance-sensitive outcomes to appropriate stakeholders.
- • Track adoption rates, usage frequency, and tool traction to measure the effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows.
- • Investigate output-quality incidents, orchestration failures, and prompt or workflow regressions to determine root causes.
- • Distinguish between true software defects and issues stemming from model behavior, data quality, or process inefficiencies.
- • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and business teams to resolve judgment-heavy incidents requiring cross-functional alignment.
- • Support human-review patterns, fallback routes, and safe-operating responses for AI workflows in production.
- • Define and apply production review practices specifically for higher-risk workflows involving financial data or decision-making.
- • Document evidence and recurring issue patterns to ensure repeatability in incident response and inform release decisions.
- • Manage vendor-deployed AI solutions with the same rigor as internally built workflows, including monitoring SLAs, update cycles, and incident trends.
- • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to monitoring systems and quality feedback loops.
- • Feed production learnings back into QA, Product, and Engineering teams to drive iterative enhancements.
- • Contribute structured, reportable data to the measurement platform, including performance metrics, incident patterns, and adoption signals for portfolio-level visibility.
- • Act as product owner for AI usage and adoption dashboards, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting for leadership.
- • Maintain strong written communication and documentation discipline across all operational activities.
- • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, based in one of Accordion’s U.S. offices.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment supporting private equity clients and the office of the CFO.
- • Balance detailed operational execution with broader strategic visibility across multiple complex workstreams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years experience in production support, AI operations, business process ops, analytics, or QA
- • Python proficiency required
- • Experience utilizing APIs
- • Strong analytical skills evaluating nuanced workflow/output issues with focus on safe operations
- • High attention to detail; proven experience spotting subtle trust or quality issues
- • Strong written communication and documentation discipline
