Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • AI Operations Associate at Flagler Health, responsible for designing, building, and scaling the AI and automation layer that powers back-office and clinical operations, driving measurable operational leverage as the company scales.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the automation roadmap, discovering workflows by shadowing clinical and back-office teams, building and monitoring automations, leading EHR integrations, evolving the automation stack, enabling internal AI tooling, managing vendors, aligning with Engineering, coaching the team, enforcing operational discipline, and serving as a conduit for customer voice to inform product strategy.
- • Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups to improve growth, efficiency, and longitudinal care delivery through a platform at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, recently having raised Series B and entering a high-growth phase.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape Flagler’s operational backbone at a critical inflection point, develop leadership and technical expertise in AI operations, gain deep healthcare operations exposure, and build a scalable AI Ops function from the ground up while working directly with the CEO and CTO.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, product management, or a similar analytical/technical role, ideally with exposure to high-growth or ambiguous environments
- • Strong problem-solving instincts with a bias toward action: comfortable scoping ambiguous problems, breaking them down, and shipping end-to-end working solutions
- • Genuine fluency with modern AI tooling — LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering — and understanding of where AI works well versus where it breaks down
- • Hands-on technical aptitude: comfortable with APIs, light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), and ability to read code, write automations, and debug your own work
- • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and write clearly for leadership
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
🏖️ Benefits
- • OTE (cash): $100,000-$150,000
- • Competitive equity package
- • Flexible paid time off policy
- • Health, dental, and vision insurance
