  • • Lead high-priority strategic projects from inception to completion, taking full ownership of delivery, timelines, and alignment with company goals.
  • • Drive AI initiatives across the organisation by identifying, scoping, and executing projects that improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making.
  • • Act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating AI opportunities into practical, measurable implementations such as automation, data workflows, and AI tool integrations.
  • • Develop a deep, cross-functional understanding of Almedia’s business operations, including user acquisition, product development, and advertiser partnerships, to pinpoint high-leverage areas for AI intervention.
  • • Facilitate seamless coordination between internal teams—engineering, product, marketing, and data—to ensure clear communication, shared objectives, and aligned execution of AI-driven initiatives.
  • • Optimize operational efficiency by designing and implementing AI-powered workflows and automation systems that reduce manual effort and enhance productivity across departments.
  • • Extract actionable insights from business data to inform strategic decisions, using analytical rigor to measure impact and iterate on AI applications.
  • • Maintain hands-on involvement in AI implementation, including testing tools, evaluating new technologies, and refining processes based on real-time performance data.
  • • Work daily in the central Berlin office to foster energetic collaboration, build momentum, and maintain alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • • Engage directly with the leadership team to shape company strategy, present findings, and advocate for AI-driven improvements based on operational insights and business outcomes.
  • • Stay current with the latest AI advancements by independently researching tools, trends, and techniques, and applying relevant innovations to Almedia’s operational and growth challenges.
  • • Ensure all AI initiatives are grounded in business value, with clear KPIs and accountability for measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, conversion rate improvement, or acquisition cost efficiency.
  • • Champion a high-ownership culture by exceeding expectations, working with intensity, and driving results beyond assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • • Contribute to building a culture of experimentation, where AI solutions are rapidly tested, refined, and scaled based on empirical results and feedback loops.

  • • Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives
  • • Absolute obsession with AI, with consistent personal research and exploration of the latest AI tools and news
  • • Ability to lead and execute projects independently while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • • Strong business acumen with solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition
  • • Hands-on mindset capable of translating AI concepts into practical execution (e.g., automation, AI tools, data workflows, experimentation)
  • • Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence
