AI Ops Specialist

📋 Description

• • As an AI Ops Specialist at Polymarket, you will be the driving force behind internal AI adoption, identifying high-leverage inefficiencies across teams and building AI-powered systems to eliminate them — directly enabling faster, smarter operations company-wide.
• • Day to day, you will design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and APIs; write production code in Python and TypeScript; integrate with tools like Notion, Linear, Slack, and GitHub; build shared infrastructure including prompt libraries, eval harnesses, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines; and rapidly experiment with new models and tooling to set company-wide AI standards.
