Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • • ScorePlay Inc. is seeking an exceptional AI Orchestration Lead to spearhead the integration and optimization of Artificial Intelligence across all facets of our rapidly growing sports media platform. This pivotal, standalone role reports directly to the CEO and is designed to fundamentally transform our internal operations, driving efficiency and compounding performance through strategic AI implementation.
  • • As the company scales beyond 50 employees, the need for a dedicated individual to orchestrate AI adoption has become paramount. Without this focused leadership, AI integration risks fragmentation, leading to disparate tools, conflicting processes, and a failure to achieve a significant compound effect on productivity and innovation.
  • • The AI Orchestration Lead will be instrumental in building and maintaining ScorePlay's comprehensive AI playbook. This involves defining which tools are best suited for specific tasks, establishing optimal workflows, and clearly articulating what constitutes successful AI implementation across the organization.
  • • A core responsibility will be to partner closely with the CEO in defining the overarching AI strategy. This includes identifying areas where deep AI integration is beneficial, determining where standardization is necessary, and recognizing which opportunities should be deferred or bypassed.
  • • The role demands a proactive approach to staying ahead of the curve, involving continuous horizon scanning for frontier AI tooling and surfacing high-signal opportunities to the leadership team early.
  • • A significant aspect of the position involves the design and deployment of sophisticated multi-agent systems. These systems will be engineered to automate high-volume, high-friction workflows across critical departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and People Operations.
  • • You will own the technical architecture that governs how these AI agents connect seamlessly with our existing technology stack, including platforms like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Linear, Granola, n8n, and the Claude/Anthropic API.
  • • This includes building and iteratively refining internal tools and Claude-powered automations designed to significantly reduce manual effort and elevate the quality of output across the company.
  • • Establishing clear benchmarks and conducting rigorous evaluations will be essential to measure agent performance, focusing on key metrics such as accuracy, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • • A crucial part of the role is enabling department heads through structured weekly syncs. These meetings will serve to challenge existing workflows, validate AI plans, and pressure-test roadmaps prior to execution.
  • • You will co-design function-specific agent strategies that are not only documented but actively implemented and utilized by teams.
  • • Developing comprehensive training materials and onboarding pathways will ensure that new hires can become productive within our AI ecosystem from their very first day.
  • • The AI Orchestration Lead will define the key performance indicator (KPI) framework for company-wide AI adoption, with revenue per employee serving as the ultimate north star metric.
  • • Regular auditing of the agent fleet will be necessary to map every active agent, its associated permissions, costs, and demonstrable impact.
  • • Setting clear guardrails to prevent uncontrolled agent sprawl – including redundant tools, conflicting automations, and unchecked API expenditures – is a critical governance function.
  • • Regular reporting on the impact and progress of AI initiatives to the CEO and leadership team will be a key deliverable.
  • • Success in the first year will be measured by the implementation of functioning AI workflows in every department that demonstrably improve speed or quality, the establishment of a single AI playbook for all new hires, a significant reduction in manual overhead in areas like sales preparation, customer health scoring, and reporting, and the creation of an AI infrastructure that department leaders trust and can build upon independently.
  • • As ScorePlay continues to grow, this role is envisioned to evolve into a hub-and-spoke model, with dedicated AI Orchestrators embedded within specific departments, all aligned under this central leadership position. You will be building the foundational blueprint for how an AI-native company operates at scale.
