đź“‹ Description
- • As an AI Platform Architect at Notable Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare operations through intelligent automation. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary individual who thrives at the intersection of healthcare intricacies, sophisticated AI workflow design, robust data architecture, seamless enterprise integration, and effective change management. You will be instrumental in transforming complex operational challenges faced by health systems, hospitals, and payers into scalable, AI-driven solutions that enhance healthcare quality, bridge patient care gaps, optimize member enrollment, and drive patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement. Your work will directly contribute to Notable's mission of improving healthcare for humanity by impacting millions of lives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, scope, and architect end-to-end AI workflows that harness the power of the Notable platform and its Flow Builder. This involves a deep dive into customer requirements, translating intricate business and operational needs into elegant, scalable AI flow architectures that are both grounded in the specific context of the client and adhere to Notable's best practices. You will be building intelligent automation flows that are not only efficient but also incorporate advanced AI orchestration across sub-flows and agents, sophisticated decision logic and routing based on critical clinical and operational rules, and seamless data transformation across diverse healthcare data models. A key aspect of your role will be to design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows, crucial for effective exception handling, quality assurance, and escalation processes, ensuring a robust and reliable system.
- • You will play a critical role in defining and standardizing reusable workflow patterns that strike a delicate balance between automation, accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be sought after to recommend optimal flow design choices, drawing from patterns established in similar organizations, and clearly articulating the expected impact and measurable outcomes of these choices. A significant part of your engagement will involve socializing these designs with key customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders, ensuring complete alignment, paramount safety, and strict adherence to Notable’s established best practices. This collaborative approach ensures that the solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with client objectives.
- • A core component of this role involves architecting solutions that adeptly leverage multiple healthcare data models. This includes working with structured data such as demographics, orders, encounters, appointments, and coverage details; semi-structured data found in forms, questionnaires, and intake packets; and unstructured data from clinical notes, documents, and pathology reports. You will be designing workflows that operate seamlessly across these heterogeneous data types, ensuring accurate and maintainable data mapping, normalization, and enrichment to support downstream AI and automation processes. Close collaboration with Integration Specialists and customer IT teams will be essential to validate end-to-end data flows, robust error handling mechanisms, and comprehensive observability.
- • Beyond design, you will lead the technical implementation and delivery of these AI workflows. This includes spearheading technical scoping sessions with customers to meticulously define workflow scope, constraints, dependencies, integration requirements, data contracts, data sources, ownership, quality considerations, and critical success metrics. You will independently implement flows using Flow Builder, managing scope effectively, setting realistic expectations with all stakeholders, and influencing customer counterparts to achieve target outcomes. Proactive project planning, running project meetings, providing clear status updates, and maintaining shared accountability for timelines and outcomes are integral to this aspect of the role.
- • Furthermore, you will develop and execute rigorous testing plans, encompassing unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workflows, to ensure flows are thoroughly vetted and signed off before launch. As the technical authority for your assigned implementations, you will guarantee accurate data mapping, field-level validation, reliable and observable flow execution in production, and performance and scale readiness, with a keen eye on cost and utilization. You will proactively identify and escalate deployment risks or blockers, propose actionable recommendations, and drive issues to resolution in partnership with Product, Engineering, Integrations, and Support & Maintenance teams. Upon completion of implementations, you will facilitate a smooth transition to steady-state ownership with Customer Success and Support & Maintenance, ensuring comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and clear success criteria are in place.
- • Finally, you will be a vital conduit for product feedback, providing structured insights to Product, Engineering, and Integrations teams regarding platform and integration capability gaps, successful patterns that drive customer outcomes, areas where Notable can enhance its competitive advantage, and capabilities that present deployment challenges in real-world environments. Your contributions will help shape reusable templates, patterns, and reference architectures, significantly accelerating future implementations and enhancing the overall platform's evolution.
