- • Design, build, and maintain LLM integrations that power AI features across Notable’s healthcare solutions.
- • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven features in production environments.
- • Translate ambiguous, high-level problem statements into structured technical plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of AI features: from ideation and requirements gathering, through design, implementation, launch, and post-launch monitoring and iteration.
- • Evaluate technical trade-offs and articulate implications of architectural decisions to stakeholders across engineering and product teams.
- • Leverage AI agents to improve development velocity, automate routine tasks, and enhance operational efficiency in day-to-day workflows.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and adjacent teams to share learnings, refine processes, and raise the overall quality bar across the engineering organization.
- • Build and maintain production-grade software using Python as the primary language for AI system development.
- • Utilize Jupyter Notebook or equivalent environments (e.g., JupyterLab, Databricks, Colab) for prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis.
- • Monitor and optimize AI systems for reliability, observability, and measurable customer impact in real-world healthcare settings.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices by documenting patterns, sharing insights, and mentoring peers on AI integration best practices.
- • Participate in company-wide events and onsite gatherings at headquarters, with expectations for remote employees to travel occasionally.
- • Work in alignment with Notable’s mission to improve healthcare quality, close patient care gaps, drive enrollment and retention, and scale growth without increasing headcount.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong proficiency in Python for production software development
- • Demonstrated experience building, integrating, and operating LLM-powered features or services
- • Ability to decompose ambiguous problems, write clear technical plans, and execute with high ownership
- • Experience designing for reliability, scalability, and observability in production systems
- • Proficiency with Jupyter Notebook or equivalent environments (e.g., JupyterLab, Databricks, Colab)
- • You leverage AI Agents for day-to-day efficiency
