đź“‹ Description

  • • Join Brain Co. as an AI Platform Engineer, Infrastructure, and play a pivotal role in building and scaling the core platform that empowers AI systems deployed within some of the world's most critical institutions. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions for sectors like government, energy, and healthcare, operating in highly secure, high-stakes environments where unwavering reliability, exceptional performance, and robust engineering principles are paramount. This is a foundational opportunity to shape the infrastructure that underpins our advanced AI capabilities.
  • • As a key member of our Infrastructure Platform team, you will collaborate closely with our talented engineering, AI/ML, and product teams. Your responsibilities will span the design and implementation of scalable architectures, the hardening of our operational environments, the streamlining of deployment processes, and the assurance of the exceptional robustness required for demanding enterprise and sovereign use cases. You will be instrumental in ensuring our platform meets and exceeds the stringent requirements of our global clientele.
  • • Your day-to-day work will involve designing and scaling our Kubernetes and Terraform-based infrastructure across a diverse range of customer environments. This includes defining and enforcing rigorous standards for networking, security, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and multi-region deployment strategies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive systems for metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboarding, establishing clear Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to monitor and guarantee system performance and availability.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to diagnosing and optimizing performance across our complex distributed systems and demanding AI workloads. This involves deep dives into system behavior, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and speed. You will directly support high-performance inference engines, intricate data pipelines, and large-scale backend services, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
  • • You will be tasked with ensuring our systems can scale reliably and seamlessly, even under conditions of rapid growth and unpredictable workload fluctuations. This requires a proactive approach to capacity planning, performance tuning, and architectural evolution. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve a growing customer base without compromising on service quality or availability.
  • • Furthermore, you will partner with technical leaders to influence architectural decisions and contribute to the strategic direction of our infrastructure. You will also have the opportunity to mentor other engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team. This mentorship aspect is crucial for developing our collective capabilities and ensuring knowledge transfer.
  • • This role offers a unique chance to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced, high-agency environment. You will have the autonomy to set engineering standards, drive innovation, and solve complex infrastructure challenges. If you thrive on ambiguity, enjoy taking ownership, and are passionate about building resilient, high-performance systems, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
  • • We believe in shipping quickly and iterating constantly, allowing you to see the direct impact of your work deployed at a global scale. You will collaborate with a team of industry veterans who have honed their skills at leading technology companies such as Tesla, DeepMind, and Databricks, providing an unparalleled learning and growth environment. Your career acceleration will be driven by your impact and contributions, not just by tenure, within a company that values speed, curiosity, and tangible results.
