- • Serve as the single most senior voice on Artificial Intelligence for Kognitiv Inc., shaping the firm’s commercial and technical Point of View (POV) on Generative AI, autonomous agent systems, and responsible AI adoption. You will author white-papers, reference architectures, and go-to-market collateral that position Kognitiv as the Workday ecosystem’s undisputed AI thought leader.
- • Own the full lifecycle of high-stakes client engagements—from C-suite discovery workshops through production deployment—translating board-level ambitions into secure, scalable, and ethically governed AI solutions. You will quantify ROI, model TCO, and build multi-year roadmaps that align AI initiatives with HR, Finance, and Payroll transformation programs already running on Workday.
- • Architect end-to-end autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and act across enterprise data silos. Leverage Large Language Models, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen to deliver decision-grade insights, hyper-personalized employee experiences, and lights-out process automation.
- • Partner hand-in-hand with Sales and Account Management during pre-sales cycles, scoping multi-million-euro consulting pursuits, crafting SOWs, and presenting to CIOs, CHROs, and CFOs. Your technical credibility and storytelling ability will be the decisive factor in winning competitive bids.
- • Establish firm-wide AI quality gates, MLOps pipelines, and governance controls that satisfy GDPR, Irish Data Protection Commission guidelines, and emerging EU AI Act requirements. You will define coding standards, peer-review rituals, and automated testing harnesses that ensure every agent deployed under the Kognitiv brand is explainable, observable, and bias-monitored.
- • Continuously scan the global AI tooling landscape—evaluating Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, and emerging low-code/no-code builders such as Flowise and LlamaIndex—publishing internal tech-radar reports that steer technology investment and partnership decisions.
- • Mentor and upskill a growing bench of Workday consultants, data engineers, and citizen developers through immersive bootcamps, hackathons, and weekly architecture clinics. Your curricula will blend Python mastery, prompt-engineering artistry, and enterprise integration patterns so that every team member can contribute to billable AI deliverables.
- • Embed ethical AI principles into the DNA of every project. Conduct fairness audits, bias impact assessments, and transparency reviews; maintain living documentation that regulators, auditors, and client ethics boards can trust.
- • Maintain a personal billable utilization target of 60–70 % while simultaneously investing 10–15 % of your time in internal R&D, open-source contributions, and conference speaking—ensuring Kognitiv’s AI practice remains two steps ahead of the market.
- • Travel up to 25 % across EMEA to run executive workshops, sprint planning sessions, and architecture reviews, or deliver remotely when client policy dictates. You will balance deep focus time with high-impact client presence, modelling the firm’s remote-first yet client-centric culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical consulting or professional services, with a demonstrable history as a billable, client-facing resource delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- • Proven mastery designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and Large Language Model workflows, including specific, demonstrable experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, tool-use, and multi-step planning.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers) combined with deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated MLOps tooling.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive, non-technical audiences and to author compelling proposals, white-papers, and architecture diagrams.
- • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with low-code/no-code AI agent builder tools such as Flowise or LlamaIndex, and prior exposure integrating AI/ML models within complex enterprise platforms like Workday, Salesforce, or SAP in a consulting context.
