- • As an AI & Process Automation Engineer at Binalyze Limited, you will design and build AI-powered automations that free up real capacity across the business, starting with GTM teams and expanding organization-wide, directly contributing to faster, smarter operations by turning manual work into streamlined workflows.
- • You will map business problems from scratch, design end-to-end automation solutions using tools like n8n and Claude, build production-ready workflows, and enable stakeholders to extend and maintain what you create, ensuring sustainable impact through documentation, monitoring, and iteration.
- • You will join a mission-driven company scaling globally with its AIR platform, which transforms security investigations by turning alerts into understanding in minutes — working closely with VP People and VP Operations to align technical execution with people-first priorities and operational security standards.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven process improvement, gain hands-on experience integrating AI tools into business systems, and shape a pioneering automation function in a company serious about practical AI adoption — building a foundation for scalable, reliable automation through better data, documentation, and process structure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience mapping and redesigning business processes
- • Hands-on experience building automation workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms (n8n experience specifically is a strong plus)
- • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across business tools (CRMs, HR platforms, comms tools)
- • Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in real business workflows
- • The ability to autonomously manage your own workload across multiple concurrent builds
