- • As an AI Product Data Scientist at Aircall, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered customer communications by turning complex data into strategic insights that drive product innovation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market decisions for a unicorn-scale platform serving 22,000+ global companies.
- • Your work will directly influence how Aircall’s AI Voice Agent, AI Assist, and AI Assist Pro products evolve — enabling sales, support, and customer success teams to work smarter, resolve issues faster, and scale with confidence through data-backed product and pricing strategies.
- • Day to day, you will: partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management teams to define analytics requirements for pricing, packaging, and multi-product strategies; design and execute A/B tests, causal inference models, and predictive analytics to measure the impact of AI features on customer behavior and revenue; build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key product and GTM performance metrics; develop machine learning models to forecast adoption, churn, and upsell potential across AI-powered product lines; conduct deep-dive analyses on user engagement, feature usage, and customer segmentation to inform product roadmap prioritization; ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility across all analytical workflows by establishing best practices in data validation, documentation, and version control.
- • You will join Aircall’s Data team — the strategic engine behind product and business decisions — where data professionals, product managers, and GTM leaders collaborate to turn insights into action. The team is split into GTM Analytics and Product Analytics subteams, and your placement will align with your expertise and interests, allowing you to work closely with either sales, marketing, and support leaders (GTM) or product, engineering, and design teams (Product Analytics).

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applying data science to product strategy and monetization, gain end-to-end ownership of high-impact analytics projects, and develop leadership skills through mentoring junior analysts and shaping the analytics roadmap — positioning you as a key driver of Aircall’s next phase of AI-led growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist in a product-led or B2B SaaS environment, with proven ability to deliver actionable insights that influence product, pricing, or go-to-market strategy.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or similar libraries), and statistical analysis; experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling techniques.
- • Experience working with product analytics, pricing strategy, packaging decisions, or multi-product ecosystems — particularly in the context of AI-powered or usage-based SaaS products.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode) and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
