- ⢠Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new employer opportunities through a structured, consultative sales process across the Midwest territory.
- ⢠Activate and leverage existing relationships with local, regional, and national benefits consultants and brokers to uncover RFPs and generate sales opportunities.
- ⢠Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with broker practice leaders to expand market reach and secure consistent pipeline flow.
- ⢠Develop trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and senior HR/Benefits leaders at mid-to-large employers to present Health Advocateās portfolio of advocacy, navigation, wellness, and EAP solutions.
- ⢠Own territory management through proactive prospecting, broker outreach, and networking to generate new logo acquisitions and meet annual sales commitments.
- ⢠Utilize Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track pipeline activity, expand reach, and maintain accurate forecasting and documentation.
- ⢠Lead end-to-end sales cycles including sales presentations, finalist meetings, and executive-level negotiations through deal closure.
- ⢠Maintain disciplined pipeline management with precise activity tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates in Salesforce.
- ⢠Travel up to 50% regionally for in-person broker meetings, client presentations, and finalist engagements across the Midwest territory.
- ⢠Operate from a distraction-free home office with remote work as the primary environment, requiring strong self-discipline and productivity.
- ⢠Sell purpose-driven solutions that improve employee health, well-being, and healthcare experience for millions of individuals.
- ⢠Participate in a 4-week structured onboarding and training program to ensure alignment with company solutions, tools, and sales methodologies.
- ⢠Collaborate with dedicated leadership and broker channel support teams to maximize sales effectiveness and market penetration.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
- ⢠Proven success selling employee benefits, healthcare solutions, or related services to employers through broker and consultant channels
- ⢠Established, active network with benefits consultants and brokerage firms in the Midwest territory
- ⢠Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and consistent quota attainment
- ⢠Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
- ⢠Must reside within the Midwest territory, including states such as California, Nevada, and Utah surrounding areas

- ⢠Base salary of $100,000 (flexible for highly experienced candidates) with uncapped commission and total compensation at plan of ~$375,000
