• • Anna Autism Care is seeking a highly technical and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership and drive the evolution of our critical Salesforce ecosystem. This role is specifically designed for a strategic individual who will be instrumental in shaping our platform, which is built on Lumary (a Salesforce OEM product) and underpins our vital healthcare service delivery workflows. This is not a standard administrative position focused solely on basic tasks; instead, you will be entrusted with deep configuration, intricate data architecture, sophisticated automation, robust security protocols, and ensuring the overall reliability of our system within a strictly regulated healthcare environment.
• • As a key technical leader, you will collaborate closely with our operations teams, clinical leadership, and product/engineering departments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our Salesforce platform remains not only scalable and compliant with all relevant regulations but also perfectly aligned with the practical, real-world demands of healthcare service delivery. You will be the guardian of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.
• • **Salesforce & Lumary Platform Ownership:** You will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day administration of our Enterprise Salesforce environment, which includes Lumary-managed packages and operates within OEM constraints. This involves the meticulous configuration and ongoing maintenance of complex Salesforce components such as custom objects, record types, page layouts, dynamic forms, intricate flows, validation rules, and sophisticated permission structures, all while adhering to Lumary’s specific data model. A critical aspect of this role is a deep understanding of Lumary package limitations, upgrade paths, and dependency constraints, ensuring that all administrative actions are performed without compromising the integrity or functionality of managed components. You will act as the primary technical owner for all Lumary releases, overseeing sandbox testing, rigorous regression testing, and seamless production deployments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum stability.
• • **Automation & System Logic:** A significant part of your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining advanced Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, and scheduled flows. You will be tasked with migrating and optimizing legacy automation logic, such as Workflow Rules and Process Builder, replacing them with efficient and scalable Flow-based solutions. A key focus will be on implementing robust error handling mechanisms, comprehensive logging, and strategic guardrails to proactively prevent data corruption and ensure data integrity. While you will partner with developers when Apex code is absolutely necessary, the expectation is that you will independently handle over 90% of automation requirements through declarative configuration, showcasing your advanced declarative skills.
• • **Data Architecture & Integrity:** You will own the health and scalability of the Salesforce data model, focusing on relationships, indexing strategies, field utilization, and overall system performance. This includes designing and maintaining sophisticated data validation frameworks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of clinical, billing, and operational data. You will manage all aspects of data imports, exports, and transformations using essential tools like Data Loader and Workbench, always with a keen awareness of Protected Health Information (PHI) sensitivity and compliance requirements. Furthermore, you will lead the implementation and ongoing monitoring of deduplication strategies and data quality initiatives to maintain a clean and trustworthy dataset.
• • **Security, Compliance & Access Control:** A paramount responsibility is the implementation and meticulous maintenance of Salesforce security settings. This includes managing role hierarchies, permission sets, permission set groups, sharing rules, and field-level security to enforce the principle of least privilege. You will ensure that all Salesforce configurations strictly align with HIPAA-compliant workflows, emphasizing auditability and access traceability. You will work closely with leadership to support internal and external audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews, acting as the subject matter expert for Salesforce security. Additionally, you will manage login security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement, session settings, and connected app access to safeguard our sensitive data.
• • **Integrations & System Operations:** You will provide essential support for and actively monitor integrations connecting Salesforce/Lumary with various external systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), billing platforms, scheduling software, and reporting tools. This involves troubleshooting integration failures by leveraging logs, debug tools, and in-depth data inspection. You will coordinate effectively with vendors and internal engineering teams on API-based workflows and data synchronization processes, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
• • **Reporting & Insights:** You will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of operational, clinical, and leadership teams. Ensuring reporting accuracy, especially given Lumary’s managed objects and complex relationships, will be a key focus. You will partner with stakeholders to translate their business questions and analytical needs into reliable and actionable Salesforce analytics, empowering data-driven decision-making.
• • **Stakeholder Enablement:** You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to operations, clinical teams, and executive leadership, translating complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions. Creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for system behavior, data definitions, and administrative processes is crucial. You will also provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for escalated Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
